Has anyone here had an interview with Royal Mail recently?

Hi, my boyfriend has an interview next week for a delivery postman position. Has anyone had one of these recently? If so, I would be hugely grateful for any hints/tips/interview questions etc etc. Also (and I realise this is unlikely) does anyone know how many people generally get invited to interview per position available? Thank you!
